This is a recurring program that will help you reduce and eliminate neck discomfort. We will gradually introduce various exercises and strategies to get you discomfort free and keep you there. After 12 weeks, the goal is to have you pain free and performing maintenance mobility and strength exercises.
This program is best suited for people (0-4/10). The Neck Discomfort Protocol is NOT a replacement for physical therapy or medical treatment!
In addition to exercises focusing on the next, you will have access to all our other recovery exercises (shoulders, low back, hips, knees, ankles, general mobility and strength/performance).
For best results, you will need access to a foam roller, strength loop bands, and a TENS unit (preferably Marc Pro).
