The Movement Blueprint Workshop Series

Preventing workplace injuries by reprogramming instinctually correct movement from the ground up.

The Movement Blueprint helps workers move better and feel better by training the following principles:

Joint Alignment

When joints are not in optimal positions or functioning correctly, bones and tissues are exposed to loads they are not designed to handle. As a result, improper movement will lead to loss of muscle efficiency and premature fatigue.  As a business, you would not have your other assets (tools & machinery) performing at a sub-optimal level.  The same outlook should go for your employees (human capital asset).

Brain to Muscle Connection:

Our brain communicates with our muscles at the subconscious level by recruiting muscle groups to carry out a goal.  Central Nervous System stimulation (CNS) is a key component for improving how the brain "talks" to the muscles.  Stretches on their own, will never stimulate the CNS.  Stretching and muscle activation will simulate the brain to muscle connection.

Learn how the Movement Blueprint improves CNS stimulation for your workforce...

Generating & Transferring Force

Throughout a work day, your employees generate a large volume of force.  In most scenarios, Force is typically generated  and transferred by utilizing the body's natural "springs & slings." Movement deficiencies can block the bodies ability to generate force from the ground.  As a result, workers will use inefficient means to lift or transfer "stale," weight.

Learn how the Movement Blueprint Workshops train your employees how to utilize their natural "springs & slings"...

Absorbing Force

Movement occurs in 3 dimensions.  While generating & transferring force, the body is simultaneously working to control and absorb force.  Injury typically occurs at end range motion when the body does not have the capability to stabilize and control movement.  A typical term for loss of control is, "overexertion."
