Injury Prevention
Moving correctly and with instinct is what we strive for. In order for body positioning focused ergonomics to be successful, proper handling and lifting techniques must occur in individuals automatically, at a subconscious level. A “good position,” is instinctively knowing how to use your body mechanics in the most advantageous way possible.
